For everyone there comes a point where they reach a decision point - it may be something that causes them to actively take time to think about, or it may be something that subliminally reaches a crescendo point from a mix of the news, friends, advertising, social media, and other ways of learning information.

Here at Szentia, we have what we’ve have named the ‘Customer Flip’ moment. That moment is when a customer consciously changes the choices they are making due to sustainability and concern for the planet, and wanting to become part of the circular economy and the subscription economy, to ensure they only have what they need.
